We are seeking a hands-on Working Shop Foreman to lead our service team from the front. This is not a desk job—this role requires an experienced technician who can both turn wrenches and lead by example to keep the shop running efficiently and productively. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong presence in the shop, ensure technicians stay on task, and help drive overall performance and accountability. Key Responsibilities Actively perform mechanical work (diagnostics, repairs, alignments, etc.) Lead and supervise technicians to maintain workflow and productivity Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly the first time Keep the shop organized, on schedule, and operating at a high level Monitor technician performance and address downtime or inefficiencies Assist with dispatching work and prioritizing jobs as needed Maintain a professional, team-focused environment What We're Looking For Proven experience as an automotive technician (5+ years preferred) Prior leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred Ability to lead by example and command respect in a fast-paced shop Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills High level of accountability and work ethic Ability to keep a team focused, productive, and moving Why This Role Matters This position plays a critical role in keeping our shop productive.
