El Dorado County / Sacramento Area Full-Time | In-Person We are hiring a fast, highly motivated Working Video Editor Manager to help lead and scale our short-form content operation. This is not a traditional corporate editing role. We are a viral brand with a heavy focus on content. You will be editing content daily while also helping manage a small internal editing team. The focus is speed, efficiency, iteration, and understanding what performs on modern social platforms. Our company operates in the creator economy and produces a large volume of short-form content for both organic social media and paid advertising. The ideal candidate understands internet culture, pacing, hooks, retention, and what makes people stop scrolling. You do not need to know everything on day one — but you do need to learn fast, adapt fast, and execute fast. What You'll Do Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads Manage and help organize a team of 3 video editors Help maintain editing workflows, systems, and project organization Coordinate revisions, exports, and content delivery deadlines Rapidly iterate on winning concepts and test variations Work closely with the content and marketing team to improve performance Assist in building scalable editing systems and processes as the company grows Stay current on editing trends, AI tools, creator trends, and platform changes Content Types Organic short-form social media content Paid social ads UGC-style content Founder/personal brand content Educational and storytelling content Viral-style creator content Requirements Strong understanding of short-form editing and pacing Experience editing high-volume social content Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Strong understanding of internet culture and modern social media Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable receiving feedback and rapidly iterating Strong communication skills and ability to work in-person with a fast-moving team Self-starter mentality with high personal accountability Preferred Software Experience CapCut Adobe Premiere Pro ClickUp Dropbox Experience with AI editing tools and emerging creator tools is a major plus. $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
