The following is what we are looking for and what we provide: 1. Experienced HVAC Assistant Installer (this means at least 1 year of on the job experience installing residential hvac equipment) 2. Have your own tools. (all necessary hand tools) 3. Clean driving record. (the ability to be insured by the company) 4. Communication skills along with technical skills. 5. Great attitude and love for customer service. (we are a mainly residential business) 6. Ability to lift 50lbs or more and ability to climb a ladder and get into attics. (shouldn't have to say this but you would be surprised) Company provides: 1. An at will awesome work environment. 2. Commissions on all products and services sold. 3. Pay range is $28-$34 per hour depending on experience.
