Worship Lead

This role is part-time today but it grows as we grow. If you're looking for a place to develop your craft, lead a team , and have real ownership over the worship culture of a church from the ground up, this is that. Some of what you will be doing Lead, develop, repeat. Lead worship on Sundays - contemporary, modern sound (think Elevation, Maverick City energy) Recruit, develop, and train the next generation of worship leaders on the team Select songs and plan sets that are theologically grounded and congregationally accessible Collaborate closely with pastoral leadership on the overall Sunday experience Help shape a worship culture that's authentic, not performative Who You Are Gifted. Humble. Builder-minded. Part-time:
