Description Make a lasting impact with NIVA Health We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Referral Development Representative to help expand access to our advanced wound care services in the Palm Coast area. What You'll Do:
Build and maintain referral relationships with home health agencies, hospitals, and physician groups Hit monthly admit goals and drive patient referrals Execute weekly/monthly strategies to grow market share in your territory Deliver impactful in-services and sales presentations Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and document progress
