Full-time Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for patients with wounds, injuries, or post-surgical incisions. This role requires strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Duties:

• Assessing and monitoring wounds to track healing progress
• Developing and implementing individualized wound care treatment plans
• Performing wound debridement and dressing changes
• Educating patients and caregivers on wound care techniques and prevention strategies
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:

• Valid RN license with Wound Care Certification (WCC) preferred
• Previous experience in wound care management, preferred
• Proficiency in sterile processing techniques and infection control practices
• Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) protocols
