Wound Care/Infection Preventionist RN Needed - LTC Warren, OH •

Salary:

$40/HR-$45/HR•

Responsibilities:

Identify, manage, and treat specific skin conditions, such as pressure injuries; diabetic, venous, or arterial ulcers; and traumatic or complicated wounds Provide wound care on assigned residents, in accordance with physician orders and appropriate techniques Complete a thorough and accurate wound assessment upon notification of wound Complete follow-up assessments weekly and as needed; document all assessments in the medical record

Requirements:

Must have valid OH RN license Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of recent, relevant experience in wound care & IP Must have experience in long-term care Must have strong clinical background and knowledge #6721
