Wow Bao Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

A Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining inventory levels. Safely moves product around plant floor and ensures safety and efficiency is a priority. Supports operations through inventory and distribution of product throughout the plant.

Requirements Receive and process shipments Pick, pack, and prepare orders Maintain organized inventory Perform inventory counts Operate equipment safely Follow food safety and sanitation standards Maintain clean and safe workspace Support team operations Must have recent experience (within last 6 months) of stand-up and/or sit-down forklift

Strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately verify and record shipment contents.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers regarding shipping and receiving processes.

Physical Stamina:

Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems is often preferred. Basic computer skills are essential for maintaining records and generating shipping labels.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
