Nursing Supervisor - Registered Nurse

Job description We are hiring a full-time Nursing Supervisor in Weirton, WV to oversee nursing services in a licensed, non-profit mental and behavioral health organization with a longstanding community presence since 1964. Responsible for supervising and coordinating nursing care, completing Person Care Certifications, and developing nursing plans of care. Requires RN licensure (WV or eligible) and supervisory experience, with a strong understanding of mental illness, behavioral sciences, and medication management. Must be capable of independent assessment, effective communication, staff training, recordkeeping, and working both independently and as part of a team. Position reports directly to the CEO and involves providing relief for staff RNs as needed.
