About the Department The Radiology Department provides high-quality diagnostic imaging services that support accurate medical diagnoses while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The team performs radiologic and CT exams across the Main Campus and Satellite Clinics in compliance with safety and quality standards. Mission for Position To provide safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports accurate medical diagnoses, enhances patient care, and maintains departmental efficiency. Duties & Responsibilities Maintain compliance with ARRT standards and radiation safety regulations Perform diagnostic radiology exams Perform a variety of patient lab draws and lab tests Interact professionally with patients and staff Collaborate with team players to complete tasks Process imaging and report requests Schedule patients and answer department phone Critically think in a dynamic workspace Position Type This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm at our satellite clinics. Weekend, evening, and holiday rotation is not required. Qualifications Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of radiology (24-month course or equivalent). Registered or registry-eligible with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - RT(R), RT(CT), RT(M), RT(MR), etc. Maintain required continuing education units (CEUs) per ARRT standards. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. Ideal Candidate Demonstrates attention to detail in patient care. Practices strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Communicates effectively with patients and healthcare staff. Prioritizes safety, professionalism, and empathy in every interaction.
