• PRN Weight Management Private Practice Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented X-Ray Technician to join our growing weight management practice.

This role will focus on operating our new DEXA scan machine and supporting patient care. This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to create your own hours. Responsibilities Perform DEXA scans accurately and efficiently Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring comfort Follow proper safety protocols, including radiation safety standards Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment using appropriate aseptic techniques Accurately document patient information, imaging results, and procedure logs Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory guidelines Qualifications Certification as an X-Ray Technician or Radiologic Technologist required Experience with DEXA scanning strongly preferred Solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology Strong attention to detail and patient-focused communication skills
