Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Shaping the future of patient care with advanced imaging, this position calls for skilled professionals dedicated to providing high-quality diagnostic services. This contract role spans 13 weeks and is designed for those with expertise in general X-ray as well as surgical imaging support.
Schedule:
5 shifts per week, 8 hours each Evening hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday Potential on-call rotation: 1 day per week
Qualifications:
Current certification through ARRT(R) Active Pennsylvania Radiologic Technologist License Valid BLS certification Experience proficiently operating C-arm, O-arm, and portable X-ray units, particularly within the operating suite Strong attention to safety protocols and infection control practices Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with surgical and clinical teams
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized X-ray procedures for patients across various hospital departments Deliver high-quality radiographic images to support accurate diagnosis and effective surgical intervention Set up and operate C-arm and O-arm equipment within the operating room, ensuring optimal positioning and safety for both patient and staff Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment as needed, reporting any malfunctions promptly Adhere to established protocols for documentation and regulatory compliance This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a fast-paced surgical environment, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of imaging excellence.
