Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into an important role delivering high-quality patient care as an Imaging - Radiology Tech. Qualifications and Experience:
Valid certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) Demonstrated experience with digital imaging equipment and radiology procedures Thorough knowledge of safety protocols, with adherence to ALARA principles Strong patient-focused approach, ensuring comfort and clear communication throughout procedures Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and other radiographic examinations as ordered Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of imaging records within electronic health systems Prepare, position, and reassure patients before and during procedures Operate and maintain radiology equipment, identifying and reporting malfunctions as needed Comply with all department policies, state, and federal regulations regarding imaging practices Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and assist with infection control standards
