Responsibilities Assist with the loading, unloading, and sorting of materials and equipment in the yard Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard area to promote safety and efficiency Operate basic tools and machinery as trained, including forklifts or skid steers if certified Support team members in moving heavy items safely using proper lifting techniques Conduct routine inspections of yard equipment and report any maintenance needs Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries Help with inventory management by tracking materials and supplies in the yard Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members Prior experience in yard work or construction is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year This role offers an engaging environment where your energy and initiative will be valued.
