Climbing ladders for maintenance tasks Ceiling tile and light fixture replacement Basic painting and drywall repair skills Basic plumbing tasks Basic HVAC system upkeep including filter changes and motor maintenance General equipment maintenance and repair Lawn care and snow removal as needed Routine housekeeping duties and other assigned tasks Requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
