Job Description

Building Maintenance Worker Job Summary We are looking for a full-time (40hr plus a week) year-round Maintenance Person to join our team. We have 2 facilities with in 2 miles of each other located in Winslow, ME. Must live close. In this role, you will do grounds work, seasonal inside and out, repair, renovations, and maintaining. Must have license, transportation, tools, good personality, and general knowledge in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring (and upkeep), roofing, Sheetrocking, mudding and taping. Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting items that are 50-100 lbs.
