We are looking for a business team member with excellent customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced and upbeat work environment. Our team helps a large number of patients throughout the day, and we work to make them all feel cared for and appreciated. In the front office, you are the first impression for every visitor to our practice, the hub of information, and the person who can answer questions and help our patients. In this position, you will eventually also be presenting and discussing finances with patients, managing referrals to specialists, sending letters and making phone calls to patients, etc… Dental experience is preferred, however, strong customer service skills are more important and we will absolutely train the right candidate.
