Young Adult Mentor & Adventure Companion Katherine Schramke Basalt, CO 81621 From $25 an hour - Temporary, Contract, Internship From $25 an hour - Temporary, Contract, Internship We are looking for a kind, emotionally intelligent, active young adult mentor/companion for a bright and creative 19-year-old male spending time in the Basalt/Aspen area while working with the Steadman Clinic and Colorado Hyperbaric. This role is ideal for a college student, graduate student, gap-year student, aspiring life coach, psychology student, outdoor enthusiast, or mature young adult who enjoys building genuine friendships and being a positive influence. The position is centered around companionship, encouragement, structure, and healthy activities.

Responsibilities may include:

Hiking (when possible) and outdoor activities Exploring the surrounding areas Going to restaurants Encouraging healthy routines and social engagement Participating in fun, low-pressure activities Providing positive companionship Our son is intelligent, funny, widely traveled, entrepreneurial, and interested in health, adventure, and creative pursuits. We are looking for someone calm, grounded, encouraging, emotionally mature, and naturally good with people. This is NOT a clinical caregiver role. We are simply seeking a trustworthy mentor/companion who can help make daily life more active, connected, and enjoyable during his time here. Flexible schedule.
