Youth Apprentices- Engineering

The engineering Youth Apprentice is responsible for working closely with the Engineering team on assigned projects so as to enhance the Youth Apprentice's industry knowledge an prepare them for a career in engineering. The ideal candidate will have reading and research skills along with basic computer and file structure knowledge.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Current high school student

Experience:

No experience required but design or technology classes are encouraged or Any appropriate combination of education and experience as determined by management.

Travel:

None Work Schedule:

This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform code research as requested by project leaders Manage documents and project folder structure Plot drawings and review/perform modifications as instructed Perform and verify engineering calculations Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
