The ability to understand the perspective of others is critical and staff must truly care about the success of youth. Additional shifts may be available for individuals interested in working additional hours above the minimum requirement. Typical shifts for this position include: Weekdays

• 9am to 3pm, 3pm to11pm, and midnight to 6am Holidays (rotation)
