Christian Harvest Church is a Christ-centered community dedicated to nurturing faith and spiritual growth. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Pastor to lead our youth ministry, guiding young hearts in worship, Bible study, and fellowship.

Responsibilities:

Lead Sunday youth worship and Bible study sessions Organize engaging activities and events to foster spiritual growth and community Build strong relationships with teenagers, encouraging their faith journey Collaborate with church leadership to develop a dynamic youth program Bring creativity, energy, and enthusiasm into youth ministry, helping students feel excited and motivated to come to church Inspire and develop young people into positive, active, and faith-filled leaders

Qualifications:

A committed Christian with a heart for youth ministry Experience in leading worship, Bible teaching, or youth mentorship Strong communication and leadership skills A high level of passion, creativity, and initiative in working with teenagers Understanding of youth culture and the ability to connect naturally with young people Someone who enjoys engaging, communicating, and actively participating in youth activities and ministry life

Important Note:

We are looking for leaders who are proactive, relational, and highly engaged with students. This role requires strong enthusiasm, emotional resilience, and the ability to actively lead and motivate youth in both worship and activities. Individuals who are extremely shy, easily discouraged, uncomfortable communicating with teenagers, or prefer to stay in the background may not be the right fit for this position.
