Scripture Position Summary:

The Youth Pastor (hereafter referred to as YP ) is called to facilitate the strengthening of God s Kingdom in Butler County. This position will primarily work with middle and high school program (as well as with adult) supporting the vision, purpose, and goals of HCC. There are two primary realms of focus to this position: Youth Ministry TBD Ministry - The second area of service in the church will be determined between applicant and the Elders of the church based on the Youth Pastor s gifts and passions. Examples could include Worship, College, or Outreach, etc. This is to be determined in consultation with the Elders.
