Job Description

The youth pastor at FBC Woodland Mills is responsible for leading and discipling middle and high school students in their walk with Christ. This includes planning and teaching biblically sound lessons, organizing youth services, Bible studies, and events, and creating opportunities for fellowship and spiritual growth. They build relationships with students and their families, provide guidance and counseling, and encourage students to live out their faith in everyday life. The youth pastor also works alongside church leadership to support the overall mission of the church, often coordinating outreach efforts, mission trips, and volunteer teams within the youth ministry.
