Youth Sports Coach in Springfield and Arlington

Join The Players Sports Academy (PSA) as a Youth Sports Coach and be part of an energetic, passionate team that introduces children to the fundamentals of 11 different sports in a fun, safe, and supportive environment! What You'll Do:

Lead engaging and age-appropriate coaching sessions across a variety of sports (soccer, basketball, tennis, and more!) Create a positive, encouraging environment where kids can build confidence, learn new skills, and have fun Teach basic techniques, rules, and sportsmanship in a clear and engaging way Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions Manage group behavior with positivity and professionalism Collaborate with fellow coaches, staff, and parents to support each child's development

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children and/or coaching sports (multi-sport experience is a bonus!) A love for sports, teaching, and making a difference in kids' lives Strong leadership and classroom/group management skills Great communication skills and a team-first attitude Reliable, punctual, energetic, and enthusiastic personality Flexibility to work various sessions throughout the week Why PSA?
