Summary As a Zipline and Ropes Course Guide at Harpers Ferry Adventure Center, you will lead guests through exhilarating zipline and ropes course experiences. This role is essential to ensuring guest safety while providing an unforgettable adventure that aligns with our commitment to fun and professionalism. Responsibilities Lead guests through zipline and ropes course activities while ensuring their safety at all times. Conduct safety briefings and equipment checks before each activity. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and enhancing their experience. Manage group dynamics effectively to ensure a positive atmosphere. Assist in the setup and maintenance of the zipline and ropes course equipment. Respond to any conflicts or issues that arise during activities in a calm manner. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people. Experience working with children or youth is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor activities is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours during the adventure season.
