The Kathleen Monahan Foundation Fund awards scholarships to high school seniors in Tarpon Springs, Florida, who demonstrate a passion for the performing arts. Graduating seniors from any high school in Tarpon Springs, as well as Tarpon Springs residents attending a magnet school in Pinellas County, who plan to attend a two- or four-year college or university to study the performing arts are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to Tarpon Springs residents.

Attending Tarpon Springs or East Lake high schools, Florida, OR who live in Tarpon Springs and attend the Pinellas County arts magnet program (Gibbs High School)
High school senior
Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree
Studying performing arts
Participation in performing arts
Preference is given to residents of Tarpon Springs, Florida.
