Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, condos and apartments, according to company defined specifications. Clean according to provided checklists and client specifications. Follow all client and company defined security and privacy protocols. Follow all safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment. Requirements Proven experience cleaning residential spaces, janitorial work, or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and care of surfaces. Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude. Familiarity with various cleaning tools and supplies. Travel to client locations in your own reliable vehicle (must not have significant cosmetic damage; Must be legally registered and insured) You must supply and maintain your own cleaning products and equipment (vacuum required) Must maintain business liability insurance. $20.75 - $27.00 per hour
