Our Head of Strategic Accounts is a high-impact global leadership opportunity for a commercially driven relationship strategist to own and grow a portfolio of Kelly's most strategically significant global accounts. This role serves as the senior executive sponsor and growth architect for a select group of large, complex enterprise clients
- driving HR and workforce strategy, deepening executive relationships, and unlocking new value across Kelly's full suite of staffing and talent solutions.
Responsibilities:
Own a portfolio of 8-15 large, global enterprise accounts with full accountability for growth, retention, and relationship health Serve as the executive-level point of contact for C-suite and senior HR, procurement, and operations stakeholders Develop and execute multi-year account growth plans aligned to each client's HR transformation agenda Lead strategic business reviews and executive engagement cadences that reinforce Kelly's value and partnership depth Position Kelly as a strategic HR advisor- translating workforce trends, labor market dynamics, and talent insights into actionable client solutions Identify and develop expansion opportunities across workforce models including contingent, direct hire, RPO, MSP, and outsourced delivery Drive year-over-year revenue growth across the account portfolio through disciplined pipeline development and expansion selling Negotiate contract renewals, scope expansions, and MSA amendments to maximize commercial value and contract longevity Lead internal account teams including delivery, operations, HR technology, and finance stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience Collaborate with enterprise sales to ensure smooth transitions and onboarding for new strategic accounts
Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences:
15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise account management, global client leadership, or strategic HR consulting- ideally within a staffing solutions, human capital management, or professional services environment Demonstrated track record of growing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and translating workforce strategy into commercial outcomes Deep expertise in enterprise HR strategy, with the ability to translate evolving workforce trends and labor market dynamics into differentiated client solutions Proven ability to earn trust at the executive level•navigating complex organizational stakeholder landscapes with credibility, empathy, and a long-term relationship mindset Data-driven decision-making capabilities, leveraging account analytics, workforce data, and market intelligence to guide strategic investment and measure outcomes Commercial acumen with experience structuring and negotiating complex contracts, managing P&L contribution, and collaborating with pricing and finance on enterprise proposals Strong cross-functional orchestration skills•mobilizing delivery, operations, technology, and finance teams to ensure unified execution across complex, multi-geography accounts Global mindset with the ability to navigate cultural, regulatory, and operational nuance across international markets Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing account teams•setting clear expectations, coaching with intent, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Excellent executive communication skills, with a genuine curiosity for the HR challenges facing global enterprises and the ability to operate as both a strategic advisor and a results-oriented growth driver Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with the ability to build inclusive and culturally aware account strategies across global markets
Location:
Virtual /Remote Travel:
Up to 30% Base pay range for this position is $200,000- $265,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
