We also hire people to operate CNC mills from Haas, Mazak, and Willemin, and electronic discharge machines (EDM). Our products could be implanted in any one of us. RevZero is hiring 1st and 2nd Shift CNC Swiss Machinists . RevZero operates Star, Tsugami, and Citizen Swiss machines, though we won't automatically walk away if your expertise is with other brands. All Machinists are responsible for the daily operation of a machine in their area with independence, though with support from other functions like Set-up, Programming, Engineering and Quality Control. Each operator is responsible for ensuring accuracy of every part they make according to clear and detailed specifications provided to them.

• Friday 1st shift 10-hour 2nd shift 4-day week Monday thru Thursday 2:30pm

Two-year certificate in machine trades

Two years of experience in CNC Swiss Machining Experience with reading g-code within Star, Tsugami & Citizen machine controls Experience achieving and inspecting tight tolerances At least some knowledge of Vision Systems, CMM and various hand inspection tools Must have a good command of spoken and written English Job Functions for

RevZero's CNC Machinists:

Operating CNC Swiss Machines Knowing machine controls, changing and touching off tools, and making machine offsets based on data from part inspection Ability to read and understand dimensional and GD&T print specifications. Perform in process inspection per Inspection Plans through use of Microscopes for Visual Verification, Calipers, Micrometers, gaging, vision systems and CMM (including documenting results) Complete and maintain records of the job in real-time as it is running Complete some secondary operations like deburring while machine is cycling Work efficiently with minimal supervision and as a team member, including providing feedback regarding machine process performance to the team Perform some machine maintenance as directed at scheduled intervals Have a working knowledge of health and safety practices that protect yourself and others from physical harm. Identify opportunities for improvement and bring ideas to your team for action.
