As we continue to grow, we're expanding our neighborhood marketing efforts to connect directly with homeowners and introduce them to our services. About the Role We're hiring a Brand Ambassador/Canvasser to help generate new business by connecting with homeowners in local neighborhoods. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being active, talking with people, and earning performance-based income. If you're outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors, this position offers strong earning potential and flexible work. What You'll Do Walk targeted neighborhoods throughout the Twin Cities area to introduce homeowners to Pearl Painting. Start friendly conversations and answer basic questions about our services. Generate leads and schedule estimate appointments for the sales team. Track daily activity and results. Represent Pearl Painting professionally in the community. Pay & Perks Base pay + performance bonuses. Most team members earn $600-$1,000+ per week. Equivalent to $20-$30 per hour based on performance. Flexible part-time schedule. Active outdoor work. Reliable, self-motivated, and energetic. Strong communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Sales or canvassing experience is helpful but not required.
