SUMMARY OF ACCOUNTABILITIES

The selected candidate will perform multiple clerical and administrative tasks in an organized, efficient, and professional manner. Create a welcoming and secure environment for employees and visitors at our front desk. Assist with a variety of projects from various departments. Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements. Plan employee engagement events. Data entry into various data collection systems. Create presentations and reports. Assist with projects from various departments on an as needed basis. General office housekeeping and improvements. Maintain a continuous improvement focus to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements. Independently carry out all other duties as assigned by Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and /or

Experience:

A minimum of one year of office administrative support or completion of administrative related education program preferred.

Language Skills:

Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Computer Skills:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

• Excel, Word, PowerPoint Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.

Punctual with strong history of exceptional attendance. Must be able to interact successfully with all levels of the organization as well as customers and other visitors. Excellent people and organizational skills necessary. Must possess high attention to detail with outstanding follow through. Must be capable of sitting and standing for extended periods of time. Location and Shift Plant 4 Office 1st shift
