Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality pressure washing services , painting, staining, caulking for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively to clean various surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, decks, and building exteriors. Use paint brushes and sprayers Assess the condition of surfaces to determine appropriate cleaning methods and solutions. Prepare work areas by removing obstacles and protecting surrounding areas from damage during cleaning. Maintain equipment by performing routine checks, cleaning filters, and reporting any malfunctions or needed repairs. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the job process. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Document completed work and report any issues or additional services needed to management. Qualifications Previous experience in pressure washing or similar outdoor maintenance roles is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality results consistently. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods. Valid driver's license is preferred; reliable transportation is required for travel between job sites.
