Day Shift | Full Time How you'll make an impact in this role Administer office systems and services including vendor management, daily operations, voicemail systems, and clerical function. Supervise the daily activities of administrative and clerical support personnel in assigned areas. Identify and implement systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work processes. Organize and coordinate projects, conferences and other events. Provide leadership, orientation, training, coaching and mentoring to staff. Responsible for performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Determine, coordinate, and supervise daily staffing assignments and staffing levels. Organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the administration function and performance. What minimum qualifications you'll needEducation:
High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative jobspecific experience required.Note:
