Essential Functions:

Performs electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting and refrigeration operations including, but not limited to installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining commercial and industrial equipment. Diagnoses and troubleshoots basic electrical issues (e.g., lighting, outlets/switches, circuits, etc.) Installs and replaces electrical components such as ballasts, light fixtures, switches, receptacles, and breakers. Performs minor construction tasks and installation of fixtures, equipment and accessories as needed throughout the facilities Diagnoses and repairs a wide range of facility machinery, production equipment, and building systems. Conducts routine checks and evaluates necessary maintenance to the facilities. Provides recommendations for facilities improvements. Conducts routine preventative maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment. Responds to work requests by performing and completing general facilities repairs in a timely manner. Travels to various worksite to perform or respond to request as required. Maintains, organizes and tracks inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumable supplies to ensure availability for maintenance tasks. Responds to facility emergencies in a timely and a professional manner; notifies management and emergency services as required, and ensures all safety guidelines are followed. Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and wearing protective equipment as required. Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Commercial facilities maintenance and repairs. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in at least two building maintenance fields required (i.e., electrical, carpentry, plumbing, hvac). Working knowledge of building systems, equipment, and operational standards in office, retail, or multi-use commercial facilities, preferred.

Special Requirements/Certification:

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Certification of apprenticeship in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and/or refrigeration Pay range $20.34-30.00/hr. Glidewell Essential Functions :

Verifies all models and impression of the cases. Thoroughly reads all notes and instructions included with the case before nesting. Ensures the machine is clean and free from extra material from the vat. Checks the proper level of resin inside the vat. Ensures all print job is clean and all resin is removed from the print job. Matches correct printed crown to the cases. Scans all the cases going out of the printing room using GO location scan. Communicates with colleagues and managers in a prompt articulate manner. Documents actions by completing forms, logs and reports. Works closely with quality control specialists and addresses all issues regarding quality standards. Follows quality standard protocol. Recognizes and reports problem cases or cases that need additional work. Prepares equipment and materials (resin, alcohol). Relies on technical knowledge to make decisions and accomplish departmental goals. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by management.

Glidewell Essential Functions :

Completes and participates in all customer service training program curriculum and activities. Job Description Essential Functions :

Stores, retrieves, and organizes supplies, materials, and products within maintenance shop. Oversees and processes incoming maintenance order and replenishment requests; responds and executes order requests/deliveries in a timely manner. Maintains contact with requestor with updates and/or discrepancies. Delivers urgent requests to appropriate facility request to avoid discrepancies and/or delays to workflow. Assists with tracking material usage. Performs count of inventory supply levels and verifies against expected levels. Reports discrepancies between physical counts and database records. Performs minor repairs and installation of fixtures and accessories. Responds to work request for minor facility repairs; escalates or works alongside maintenance technicians on complex request. Performs basic maintenance and repairs on various machinery and equipment. Checks and maintains equipment and tools to ensure good working condition. Moves materials through use of equipment moving machinery such as hand trucks, forklifts, and golf carts. Maintains and organizes spare parts and consumables. Picks up various supplies from various vendors on an as-needed. Provides recommendations for facilities improvements. Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in facilities maintenance and repair, a plus. Experience in warehouse working environment, a plus.

Special Requirements/Certification:

Valid California state driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Forklift certification, preferred. Ability to pass in-house Forklift certification, if needed.

Maintains appropriate systemss payment information. Inputs receivable payments within an allotted time frame. Generates and prints monthly customer statements and past due letters. Provides excellent customer service with requests regarding current and previous account balances, collection issues, processing customer refunds, reviewing and processing account adjustments, and resolving client discrepancies. Monitors and maintains assigned accounts to ensure calls, account adjustments, and customer reconciliations are completed in a timely manner. Accurately recodes all payments received to provide correct balance data. Maintains a high volume outbound call quota to assigned delinquent customers and responsible for reducing the number of assigned delinquencies. Answers inbound calls to assist with accounting inquiries, payments, and disputes. Reconciles customer disputes pertaining to payment of outstanding balances due. Communicates, interfaces, and troubleshoots with accounting department and outside vendors as needed. Communicates and follows up with internal call centers, supervisors, and department managers regarding customer accounts and discrepancies. Provides administrative support and excellent customer service to all internal and external customers such as but not limited to answering inbound telephone calls, making outbound collection calls, updating related account information, researching accounts, and inputting call notes in order to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. Meets defined department goals and expectations. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:
