2nd & 3rd Shift Machine Operators

Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate a variety of advanced machinery, contribute to high-quality production, and support our commitment to excellence in manufacturing. Openings on 2nd shift Monday-Friday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm or 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday from 10:00pm to 6:30am with overtime as needed. This shift offers a $2.00/hour shift differential.

Responsibilities include:

Operating fabricating machines such as brake press, CNC mill, lathe, and laser. Following specifications such as blueprints, design drawings, and bill of materials, and planning sequence of operations. Following procedures and conducting preventative maintenance programs. Learning the site-specific usage of different types of forklifts and how they are used in different areas for a specific job. Using logic and reasoning to troubleshoot and identify alternative solutions to problems. Participating in the continuous improvement system. Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Must be proficient in all aspects of safety and demonstrate the fundamental understanding that safety comes first. Basic math skills Read a tape measure Ability to communicate with supervisors, peers, and subordinates Good listening skills Attention to detail Arm-hand steadiness

Pay:

$20.18 - $26.49 per hour
