High school diploma or equivalent Pass or Passed state examination for aide or already attained aide status with a school system Ability to Understand and Respond to the Needs of Children Use Oral and Written English Fluently Interpret and Follow Instructions Relate Well with School Personnel, Parents and the Community Demonstrate Creativity, Initiative and Patience Display a Positive Outlook Toward the Program and its Students Ability to Perform Health Related Duties for Special Needs Students Pass Background/fingerprinting Check Valid First Aid and CPR Cards Good communication skills, above average vocabulary, grammar, spelling and mathematical skills Complete the required state and county training that is required for the position Ability to lift 50lbs See attached job description

Employment Term:

200 day contract beginning 1st day of the 2026/2027 school year

Salary :

Salary based on experience and education level per CBOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation. Salary Schedules
