2nd Shift Fiber Laser Operator

Genco Manufacturing, Inc is looking for experienced Laser operators. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small thriving company. Set up table with correct material, using proper consumables, burning speed and other parameters to burn required pieces with a minimum of waste. Interpret work orders and drawings; be able to program the machine to cut pieces correctly. Maintain equipment in proper working order Operate forklift to move material Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in work areas. Fill out required paperwork, delivery tags, etc Display the ability to accurately use basic math skills Display the ability to use basic measuring devices, including tape measure and micrometers Ability to stand, lift, climb and perform various other physical functions Must be able to handle, lift and move steel parts up to 50 lbs Position requires and complete physical agility, mobility and dexterity Working around and with heavy machinery and lifts Use of PPE required in such areas Exposure to shop elements such as dirt and noise and temperature extremes Special Projects and other duties as assigned Prior CNC Burn table or Laser operator preferred.
