Position Overview:
As an Operating Room Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality surgical care to our patients. You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the surgical suite.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the operating room for surgeries, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to protect patients from infection, injury, and other risks. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in surgical nursing.

Clinical Expertise :
Proficiency in surgical procedures, aseptic techniques, and patient care during all phases of surgery. Attention to

Meticulous in following protocols and ensuring patient safety.

Required Certifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
License :
Must hold a current and valid RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Operating Room Nursing Certification (CNOR) : Preferred but not required. Why Join Us?
