CNC machining role focused on programming, setup, and operation of multi-axis equipment for close-tolerance metal and plastic parts production. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED 5 years of CNC machining experience CNC milling experience required Experience with setup and operation of CNC machines G-code and M-code experience Ability to detect tool wear and make offset changes Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications Experience working with a variety of metals and plastics to close tolerances Experience deburring machined parts Preferred Skills HAAS experience Experience programming CNC equipment Experience determining machining processes, tooling, and programming Experience with multi-axis machining Experience optimizing setups and tool performance for precision parts Job Responsibilities Program, set up, and run CNC multi-axis machines Interpret engineering specifications, blueprints, and sketches Determine machining process, tooling, and programming requirements Monitor tool wear and make offset adjustments as needed Machine parts to close-tolerance specifications Deburr finished parts Support setup and operation of CNC milling equipment Work with a variety of metals and plastics in precision manufacturing
