• Temp-to-hire, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team during evening hours.

Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers during the 2nd shift, ensuring production goals are achieved efficiently and safely Monitor daily operations, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and implement solutions using mechanical knowledge and hand tools Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions Utilize forklift and power tools to move materials, organize inventory, and support warehouse operations as needed Conduct quality checks throughout the shift to ensure products meet company standards and specifications Lead team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and promote a culture of continuous improvement Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and inventory logs to support operational transparency Qualifications Proven factory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment with hands-on knowledge of assembly lines and factory processes Strong mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and warehouse equipment Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing facility is highly preferred Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not mandatory for all applicants Familiarity with warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and enforce safety standards effectively Join us as a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor if you're passionate about leading teams in a manufacturing environment that values safety, quality, and continuous growth.
