2nd Shift Quality Technician

Objectives:

The Quality Technician is an operational role responsible for executing and delivering best in class quality assurance functions including but not limited to the inspection of incoming raw materials and in-process materials, documenting the manufacturing process, ensuring product consistency and quality, and the inspection of final product prior to shipment to the customer.

Responsibilities:

Perform inspection and testing of raw materials to determine acceptability Perform inspection of manufacturing process to determine if process is being maintained to specifications Perform in-process testing to ensure product acceptability Perform physical testing of final product to ensure product conforms to specifications Perform final inspection of finished product to ensure products conform to specifications Provide input regarding process improvements and work with the manufacturing team to implement them effectively Follow all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
