The position is full-time, Monday-Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

The ideal candidate will:

Work collaboratively with a 3K teaching team Have a working knowledge of developmental and academic expectations for 3 year olds Plan high quality lesson plans Partner with parents in establishing a work-school connection Create a schedule that is conducive with children's learning needs Observe and document children's developmental skills Positively communicate with children More duties and responsibilities provided during interview process Must be physically able to lift 40 pounds, and work indoors and outdoors Must be able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children and engage in physical activity with children Minimum Employment Qualifications Prefer but not required: Early Childhood Education or Child Development experience Minimum of two(2) years working with children ages 3 and older in a child care setting 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass DHR background check
