Immediately Job Description The ideal candidate embraces a standards-based approach, implementing changes in curriculum, instruction, assessment, and reporting while supporting the developmental needs of high school learners and fostering growth of the whole child. They promote authentic, student-driven and inquiry-based learning by acting as a coach, and bring flexibility, motivation, and enthusiasm to a fast-paced, evolving environment. Collaboration is essential, as they work with colleagues, counselors, families, and the community to support student success, ensure smooth transitions, and communicate effectively. They also use standards-based assessments, engage in ongoing professional learning, and help advance relevant, authentic learning across the K-12 system. This position has previously been tied to the Agriculture Education/FFA position as well and we would welcome anyone with those same interests to apply.
