Aug 17, 2026 Job Description River Valley Community School District is seeking a dynamic and properly licensed and Endorsed Agriculture Teacher / FFA Advisor to serve students at River Valley MS/HS beginning in the 2026-2027 school year. This position provides the opportunity to lead an agricultural education program while fostering student leadership, hands-on learning, and meaningful connections to the agricultural industry. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and engaging classroom environment, build strong relationships with students, and collaborate with local agricultural partners and community members to provide meaningful, real-world learning experiences. The successful candidate will also serve as the FFA Advisor, guiding students in leadership development, career exploration, and participation in local, district, state, and national FFA events. This position has previously been tied to a few business classes as well and we would welcome anyone with those same interests to apply.
