• Licensed Head Teacher position Kid Krazy Preschool in Astoria Queens is seeking an early childhood educator for our 4K classroom.

Salary:

$60,000

• $75,000 +Health benefits +401 K

QUALIFICATIONS

:

• Bachelors or Master's Degree in Childhood Education

MUST HAVE

New York State Certification in Early Childhood Education Birth-Grade 2 or Childhood

• At least 2 years experience working in an ECE classroom
• Have strong Classroom management skills
• Familiar with Common Core, Work Sampling, Ecers and ESI-R
• Ability to lead a team of assistant teachers
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize the needs of the UPK Program
• Experience working with parents while maintaining ongoing communication regarding their children's progress and schools' policies and activities.
• Strong understanding of child development
