What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Your duties include repairing production line equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging, grinding, and stacking machinery. You will assist with the installation of new machinery and perform light steel fabrication, cutting, and welding as needed. Conduct inspections, adjustments, and preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance. Diagnose malfunctions, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and perform other maintenance-related duties to support continuous production. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. A strong mechanical aptitude, ability to quickly learn new systems, and physical capability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. are essential. You should be comfortable reading measurements, following detailed instructions, and documenting work.
