What You'll Do:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center-based settings Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Accurately collect and record session data (Rethink) Maintain consistency with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Communicate progress with your BCBA and team Participate in onboarding and ongoing support check-ins
Requirements:
Active RBT certification preferred not required RBT Training and certification paid for by us! Highschool diploma is a must Minimum 6 months experience working with children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with data collection and documentation Strong Data entry skills Why Join Behavior Stars?
