INTRODUCTION TO ROLE

Provide a top-notch guest experience by thoroughly cleaning and organizing assigned areas. Provide direct assistance with room cleaning, support for common areas, and other projects.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Strip, sort, and treat all linens to achieve cleanliness and freshness expectations. Ensure beds are prepared to the expected standard with fresh linens. Support room attendants and the housekeeping team with delivering and organizing supplies/essentials. This may include delivery to guests as requested. Ensure the cleanliness of communal areas by dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and addressing other floor treatment needs. May assist guests with transporting luggage and personal items to and from the room. Providing onsite guest support, queries, or requests through a high-quality customer service approach. Works cohesively with guest service, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and other departments to exceed guest expectations and achieve company and departmental goals. Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices. Ensure the property is always guest-ready. Performs other duties as assigned Provides regular and reliable attendance

WHAT YOU BRING

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent At least 1+ year of hospitality experience in housekeeping
