• Opportunity to manage customer relationships and oversee daily operations Job Description We are seeking a driven and organized Account Manager to coordinate the overall operations of a dedicated customer account while supporting drivers and ensuring exceptional customer service.

This role is responsible for overseeing load assignments, monitoring deliveries, maintaining customer communication, and ensuring freight is delivered safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple priorities while building positive working relationships. Responsibilities

• Assign loads and coordinate driver routes based on available hours and customer needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and monitor loads from dispatch through delivery
• Support and supervise drivers through coaching, scheduling, conflict resolution, and daily communication
• Communicate customer concerns and operational issues with internal departments as needed
• Monitor trailer pools, coordinate trailer movement, and assist with detention-related issues
• Validate driver hours of service to ensure safe and legal load delivery
• Balance driver time-off requests with operational demands
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, drivers, and internal teams
• Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 3-4 years of related experience and/or training
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to travel as needed Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods sitting and working on a computer
