This role is critical in driving revenue growth, providing excellent customer service, and building strong networks within the market. The Account Manager will handle "Come Do" or service work as well as project work, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve annual revenue goals. This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Estimate and prepare proposals for assigned projects. Communicate known project hazards, risk. Oversee the management of projects, ensuring they are completed incident free, on time, within budget, and to client specifications. Handle project and/or service ("Come Do") work as required, responding promptly to customer needs. Meet annual sales volume goal of $3M - $5M+. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Provide consistent follow-up and communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Identify new business opportunities within the assigned market and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects. Foster and develop partnerships that lead to revenue growth and increased market share for Penhall Company. Work closely with the Branch Manager, sales team, and other departments to align project goals with overall company objectives. Communicate project progress, potential issues, and client feedback to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the client's satisfaction. Achieve annual revenue targets by successfully managing project delivery and cultivating client relationships. Track and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies to meet goals. Build a network of industry contacts and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities. Participate in community and industry events to increase brand awareness and establish Penhall Company as a trusted service provider. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or other leadership.Essential Core Competencies:

Need to Have and Nice toHave:
Associate's degree or equivalent industry experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, estimating, or sales within the construction or related industry preferred. Valid, unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record. Ability and willingness to travel for company business throughout the local area to call on customers, visit jobsites, attend job walks, etc. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to address client needs effectively. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing project demands. Working knowledge of OSHA Construction Safety Standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software. Display a professional and courteous attitude to co workers, supervisors and the general public at all times Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities and sometimes conflicting deadlines. Reliable and punctual attendance. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Ability to walk job sites as needed.
